Ok, here goes the final installment of the LA blog...

By the 3rd day after surgery I was feeling a lot better. Steen dropped me back off at the loft that afternoon and I headed up to the rooftop to enjoy the weather for a little bit. I'm so used to being very active that it really sucks to have to take it easy! I usually go to the gym daily and I'm not allowed to for one month! I'm going fucking crazzzzzzzyyyyy!!! It was also weird for me to be in LA and not have an active schedule since I'm usually shooting or sessioning every day. Inactivity freaks me the fuck out!
Sooo....I pretty much did nothing all day but was really super excited that I was able to BATHE for the first time since surgery!!!! It's not fun being stinky and dirty and slobbish!!! LOL. I couldn't even work on my site yet or do anything productive so I started to get a little stir crazy. Plus the loft still didn't have internet so I couldn't distract myself with that. There's only so much TV a girl can watch!!!
Everyone wanted to go clubbing that night and my tits quite frankly couldn't take a night out at a crowded club, so Dave picked me up and we chilled out in Hollywood and got some food over at Kitchen 24. On the way back downtown, we headed over to his friend Todd's house to drop him off some food, getting pulled over by police on the way. Ridiculous! The cop wasn't a dick, and let us off with a warning of "less eyes on girl, more eyes on road". LOL. Todd is really fucking funny BTW. LOL.
Anyway, he dropped me off back at the loft, and I was upset to discover I had left my precious cupcakes at Steen's and sugar withdrawal is a BITCH. Anyway, that was prolly for the best. I also realized I lost my favorite little Adidas jacket with the thumbholes on the sleeves somewhere. Was sad until it was later found in Dave's car. I live in that thing so to lose it would have been tragic!!! I lose things all the fucking time!!!!!!!!!
The next day I was very, very, very fucking lazy. Had plans to go see some burlesque at Bordello, but once again decided that crowded club of drunk ppl=not good for healing tits and opted to hang out with Venus, Celina, Alyssa from BlackLickorish latex and Courtney Crave (who was visiting from Texas) over at Allan Amato's loft, until everyone headed over to a different club. I went home and rested...
Sunday was fucking chill, and I was totally stoked that Peter got back from San Diego and could hang out again!
Monday me and Celina got up early and she took me in for my post-op appointment/stitch removal in Beverly Hills (I avoided cupcakes this time), I got my jacket back, and then my friend Evan picked me up and we hung out with his girlfriend Crystal and ate some fucking STEAK at their place. I stole their internet and we talked all sorts of shit. It was amazing.
Tues morning me and Peter headed to the airport and that, my friends, is the end of the journey!

On April 1st I went in for my boob job (yes, on April Fool's day). My appointment was at noon and I wasn't allowed to eat or drink after 5AM, so I was fucking DYING of thirst and hunger by the time I was ready to go under. I couldn't fall asleep until around 3AM, so I tried to eat and drink enough before the cut-off deadline.
Steen came to the loft at 10AM to pick me up and drive me to Beverly Hills because she's the greatest friend ever and is the best post-surgery buddy (she also took care of me after my first surgery in 2005). There was oddly NO traffic so we got to BH waaaaaay early so we stopped in Sprinkles again (LOL) to procure more cupcakes which was TORTUROUS because I wasn't allowed to eat any of the dozen I bought! But I knew they'd be waiting for me when I came out of the fog...!!!
I got to the surgical center and basically tweeted until I had to relinquish my clothing and cell phone :P The first surgery in '05 I was so scared I almost passed out like a little bitch before they put me under. This time I was much less wimpy!
The surgery went really well and I didn't have the whole "why is there an elephant sitting on my chest?" feeling like I did when I woke up the first time. When you first get implants and wake up it's literally hard to breathe because there's this added weight to your chest. This time was a piece of cake. Dr. Fisher rules. The only pain I felt was comparable to a night of mid-level nipple torture. I can't complain. LOL.
The first time I had surgery, I went a little overboard on the vicodin when I don't think I really needed to take as much as I did. I have a very high pain tolerance and just took the painkillers then because I had nothing better to do and figured I should just take them since I had them, so I took them like candy. Frankly, coming off them was the WORST part of the surgery. So this time, I decided I would try to do it sans painkillers, except if I really, really needed one. I think I took maybe 3 pills in total over the next week . Go me!
Anyway, Steenie took me back to her house and put me to bed and fed me because she is the greatest :)
I got lots of texts from everyone wishing me well and a speedy recovery :) My friends and family rock!
I slept for a while, and was awoken by the arrival of Mz. Berlin which is ALWAYS a welcome sight! She came over with movies and we had a cupcake fest while watching Pootie Tang with Steen and Bob K. Expect to see me doing horrible things to her once I'm all healed up!
After the movie, I started to get a little uncomfortable again so I took one of the sleeping pills they gave me and relented and took a painkiller and headed to bed. Around 11:30 Dave texted me because he wanted to do a phone interview with me on his Dark Matter radio show but I honestly was too fucked up and retarded to form a coherent thought so I declined...and of course like an hour later I was WIDE FUCKING AWAKE and unable to go to sleep. Apparently I'm immune to sleeping pills...
I slept pretty much all of April 2nd at Steen's, hung out a little and then we had breakfast the following morning on our way back downtown to the loft.

The LA tale continues...
The next morning (3/29) my talented friend Marla referred me to her masseuse, who came to the loft and worked on me for 90 minutes and really stretched me out and helped me relieve a lot of the pain I was feeling. I still wasn't 100% but at least I was functional! I had a shoot with Alejandra Guerrero that afternoon and I would have had to cancel if I wasn't able to move my neck!
We went over to Elizabeth Prokopiak's so she could do my hair and makeup and then me and Alejandra headed over to "Youngwood Court" in Hancock Park to shoot in front of their house with all the Davids. For the story of "Youngwood" click here (man, I love revenge on neighbor tales...)

After we finished up there, we headed over to an office in West Hollywood to do another photo story for the "Corporate Vampire" series. It had been waaaaaay too long since I shot/hung out with Alejandra and I'm so glad I did! The photos we take together are always so sexy, I can't wait to share them!
After we finished up, A. dropped me over at Steen's, as me, her and Bob K. had a reservation over at Mario Batalli's Osteria Mozza. My tweets from that experience sum it up succinctly: "ORGY IN MY MOUTH". OMFG it was so delicious. I was slightly sad I couldn't have any wine to complement the food (no alcohol for me until a month after surgery), but honestly the food was so good I didn't really miss it.
I fell asleep quite satisfied that evening!!!
The next day (3/30), I went to a friend of Peter's chiropractor in Silverlake that was able to adjust my back and neck so I could move without pain again. THANK GOD. When my neck is out of whack, it really makes me sad and cranky! After that I headed to Hollywood by myself, gorged on ice cream and got a mani/pedi. Exciting shit, yo! (are you guys really sure you miss these EXCITING tales?)
The next morning (3/31), I headed to Beverly Hills to Dr. Fisher's office for my pre-op appointment for my 2nd breast augmentation. I decided to re-do my breasts because my body's changed a lot in the past 3 years and I'm much more lean and muscular and my right breast was getting harder than my left and it drove me fucking nuts. So, I basically went in and had my implants re-positioned to look and feel more natural. They're the exact same implants and the exact same size, but they just look SO MUCH nicer now. Basically I just had to go in to get my meds, take photos and sign like 10,000 consent forms.
After my appointment, me and Celina headed over to Sprinkles to get a bunch of the greatest cupcakes ever. I should weigh 200 pounds for all the shit I ate this trip! Let's just say I hit the gym for a few hours that afternoon.
That evening, Dave Navarro invited me out to dinner so we went to the Rainbow on Sunset. Jane's Addiction is one of my favorite bands and Dave seems like a cool dude and we'd been talking via twitter for a while so I figured we'd get along pretty well, but ya never know if someone's gonna be a total douche in person...thankfully he's totally funny and doesn't take himself too seriously so it was chill and we had a great time! Ron Jeremy came over to our table at one point and said to Dave (referring to me) and I QUOTE "With filet mignon like that, I'd never want to eat McDonald's again." Seriously kids, I cannot make shit like this up. I think I almost pissed myself I laughed so fucking hard (because it was the most ridiculous thing to say ever and the fact that it was coming out of Ron Jeremy's mouth just made it like a million times funnier). We hung out in Hollywood for a bit, then he dropped me back off at the loft downtown because I had to get rest for surgery the next morning!!!!!!!

Ok, so I've gotten some complaints from you guys that I don't actually blog enough lately and I've been twittering instead of blogging here. Well, fuck all of you! Ok...not really but I will try to piece together my LA trip blog using my past tweets as a guide....don't expect this to be a literary masterpiece...
There would be pictures included in these blogs but my blackberry camera decided it doesn't want to work anymore...I need a new blackberry :(
Me and my friend Peter took off on 3/25. I, of course was dressed ridiculously wearing my Fluevog pony boots that are a pain in the ass to take off for security check. (They're too fucking heavy to pack!!!!). There was a lot of traffic and we kinda just made our flight. It was weird because I'm usually FREAKING THE FUCK OUT when I'm running late for a flight (which is always), but I was waaaaaaaaaay calm. It was a weird Bizarro Darenzia moment, because I am usually Mistress Spazz-a-lot.
When we arrived in LA, P. went off to his friend's place and my friend Venus and her girlfriend Celina picked me up and we headed out to sushi and then to their new loft they were kind enough to let me stay at in downtown LA. We then attempted to go around the corner to the Edison, but were denied because by the time we got there it was toooooo late...
I woke up the next morning (3/26) and headed over to Isabella Sinclaire's dungeon to dole out some beatings....then after a nice lunch with Steen in Tokyo Town, me and her headed back to Isabella's to do a short shoot in the medical room for Liberator in their latex nurse outfit. The rest of the day was spent working out and chilling out. There was no wifi at the loft yet so I started to go into internet withdrawal symptoms as there was not ONE unsecured signal to hop on! I found other things to distract me though...!
Woke on on 3/27, walked downstairs and had an awesome breakfast. I don't drive so frequently when I'm in LA this causes problems, in that I can't deal with not being able to just up and take off and walk where ever I want to when I want to, I am SUCH a New Yorker that way!!!! Downtown LA is kinda cool though because there was shit open I could actually WALK to. Plus I got to watch "crackhead theatre" from my window at night. Good times man, good times. Hollywood is also acceptable for this. But the driving thing in LA bums me the fuck out! I'm pretty sure I just chilled most of the day, and then I met up with Puimond for another corset fitting and dinner downtown (15% off your corset order when you mention "Darenzia" and use discount code CORSET15, btw...). A bunch of us attempted to go to Miss Kitty's that night but by the time we made it, it was 1:15AM or something and shit in LA closes at 2. It was ok though, because it was pretty lameeeeeeee that night and I wasn't in the mood for a club, but seeing a handful of friends was good!
Peter's gallery opening was the next day (3/28), so I spent the day chillin with Venus and Celina and getting ready for that. I threw out my left shoulder/neck brushing my fucking TEETH and was in a fuckton of pain (I have a chronic injury where my left trapezius muscle basically throws off my whole mojo and it just decides to show up at random times when I'm doing something banal). I was totally bummed the fuck out because I needed major chiropractic attention! But I sucked it up, put on my rad new pretty much see-thru Alexander McQueen dress and we headed out to Santa Monica. The show was fucking amazing. Tons of peeps showed up, including my friends Zak Smith, Mandy Morbid and Satine Phoenix (all talented artists and professional perverts as well) so it was cool just hanging out. If you're in LA you should totally go check out his show and buy all of it, it's hanging at the Richard Heller Gallery until 4/25. And someone should buy me this painting because it's fucking rad and I need it:
After the gallery show, I was feeling pretty shitty because of my back so after dinner I headed back to the loft and decided to use my hitachi magic wand to masturbate myself to sleeppppp....
