I went out to Great Adventure in NJ with a bunch of my friends on Friday, then had some tasty BBQ in the city once we got back (and after I had passed out in the back of the car for 2 hours). I love the thrill of riding super-fast, tall roller-coasters over and over again until the adrenaline is long gone!
BUT!
There seems to be a pattern of craziness at various GA parks in the USA the day after I attend (I don't actually believe in stuff like this but coincidences freak me out!).
In 1984, as a wee little brat, my mom and aunt took me to GA. I have a very vivid memory of the haunted house there that trip. It was dark, no one could see in our group, there was no clear path, and it seemed very dangerous. There was no guide to help you figure out where you were going. At one point, our group tried to find a way out and wound up opening a random door that led to the back portion of a trailer. This was only after a guy lit a lighter so our group could see--it was THAT DARK!!!
Our entire (annoyed and pissed off) group left out that random door and we got yelled at by park employees. Everyone commented on how the place seemed like a fire hazzard and a disaster waiting to happen.
Well, THE VERY NEXT DAY the haunted house burned down, killing 8 people. To this day, 6 Flags Great Adventure doesn't have a haunted house. I'm still terrified to go into one.
Last year, N took me to GA a few days before my birthday. Next day? Girl loses feet at another GA. I can't imagine getting on a ride and 30 seconds later having no feet.
This year, boy loses head.
Yikes. I feel for his family, they must be devastated.
BTW, the new Dark Knight coaster=HORRIBLE. Thank god we had a speed pass and didn't wait 2 hours in line for it, because I think I would have had to kill someone. The highlight of the ride is the air-conditioning in the holding room before the ride. So, if it's 95 degrees out like it was that day, and you have a speed pass giving you only a 5 min wait, then do the ride just to COOL OFF. It's the worst ride I've ever been on! To quote Aprella: "OMG! It's like riding the N train!". HAHAHAHAHA

Well, it's my birthday again! Blah! Anyway, I'd like to give a big THANK YOU to everyone who sent me wonderful gifts! I'll be sending you all personal messages in the next few days after I sober up (HA!). I haven't checked my P.O. Box yet, since I lost my keys to it about a month ago (I was literally walking to the gym and they were in my hand, then suddenly they weren't and I spent 2 hours trying to find them on the street like an idiot-LOL!). So I'm gonna check it later today when someone's there to open it for me :P Because of that, I've only seen stuff that's been delivered to me at my other address.
Wish me luck! I haven't paid for my box in months because the cute boy who works there thinks I'm hot but last time I stopped by he wasn't there and his female coworker asked me if I was "attached". So I had to let her know that I'm attached, adding that he's totally cute (he is!) and if I were single then maybe!
So, I might have to start paying for my mailbox now, HA! (Perhaps naked pictures on the internet will help?)
Anyway, I didn't plan a big party this year. Usually Michael T throws me some event but I kinda wasn't up for it this year. I am gonna go ride rollercoasters with a bunch of friends on Friday though. I'm also gonna try to take some video :P
Today, it's an exciting day of updating my website, going to my trainer, getting a mani/pedi, shopping, then dinner with the man :)
Oh! And before I forget, I had an idea today I'd love some feedback on. I'm working on redesigning Darenzia.net to match the new tour and my blog, etc. I was thinking about taking all of the old blue hair/small boob galleries off of Darenzia.net and creating a new site just for them. A lot of my new fans aren't really into my older look and some of my old fans aren't into my new look. I was thinking about making sort of an "alt-archive" site where, for a one time non-recurring fee (since the site wouldn't be updated). That way people can join the site for one month and download all of my older sets (around 150+ galleries). I'd probably put up some never-before seen stuff from that era too. I could also market it differently than my main site. What do you guys think?

I'm just working on moving all the old entries over to the new format! I finished 2008 so far, now I just have another 300 entries to put into the new design. Eeek! Thanks so much to Steen for setting it all up for me!! It's awesome--people can comment, you can add it as a feed, it's easier to read, and most of all--it's much easier for me to post to which will help me update it often! I'm really excited! Leave me comments so I don't get sad!!!
Anyway, here's a little quickie from my shoot I did with Steven Sims and stylist T while in LA. Jennifer Corona did the makeup. I think I like it because it reminds me a little of Helmut Newton's work. And I loves me some Newton:

My birthday's in a week. I'm not really that excited, lol!
My stitches came out yesterday :) The scar is almost invisible! I'm so happy--I have one more long blue stitch in my face for another week though. It looks like I have 2 long blue chin hairs. So sexxxy.....

I'm back from LA with 6 stitches on my chin. I had to finally get my mole removed over concerns about it changing. I'm a little sad. I'm gonna miss people trying to wipe it off my face, thinking it's a fleck of dirt or photographers bitching about it when the light hits it in a certain way, lol. I was supposed to get it done when I did my boobs almost 3 years ago, but I chickened out at the last minute (I have grave fears about surgery and my face), which meant this time I had to do it with a local, which was odd (and a tad stressful) hearing my face getting cut. But they had me strip totally down, put on a comfy gown, lay on a padded gurney, and then put these leg massagers on me during surgery. LOL, gotta love Beverly Hills--filling out paperwork and "getting comfortable" took longer than the actual surgery. I'll have to take pics before the stitches come out since they look kinda cool. I wanna get my boobs re-done, but the economy sucks huge balls, so I dunno about that...
I decided to cash in some miles this trip since airfare is retarded, so I "treated" myself to first class on the way back, since it was an overnight flight. I say "treated" because, to my horror, it was a packed flight and I had a BABY sitting next to me in his dad's lap--which got traded halfway during the flight for his TODDLER. It was a whole lotta awesome. I can't even begin to describe the sheer joy. It would have been ok if he controlled his kids, but I'm sorry--No, I don't want your kid to crawl in my lap and kick me in the face repeatedly while trying to pull my ipod earphones out of my head. I also don't want to dodge a flailing toddler while I'm drinking my water and spill it all over me either (to which the dad says to me "at least it's just water"). All I could do was laugh uncontrollably until there were tears in my eyes. Thank god for the free in-flight mojitos. But it made me sad since I had never flown first class before and was really looking forward to relaxing on the flight with all the stress I've been going through. Instead I was on edge the entire flight, having to shield my stitched up face from 2 yelling, screaming brats from hell.
Anyway, I should talk about the rest of my LA trip--I guess the last entry was on June 10th, so I'll pick it up from there. June 11th, Angel Jagger came in the early AM to pick me up and we headed over to MichelleXStar's to shoot for a bit. I love Michelle's style and can't wait to see the finished images. After, Angel and I met up with Steen and got some amazing sushi. It was soooooo delicious. Then me and Steen decided to treat ourselves to mani/pedis. This is when things went really bad for me. I've been a little scarce online and in real life with my friends lately because I've been dealing with some really heavy family shit. Well, I got a call when I was getting my pedicure that sent me reeling. It's horrific being over 3,000 miles away when something goes completely wrong. I spent most of the rest of the day freaking out, and Steen took me to the gym so I could work out some of my worry and frustration.
Anastasia Pierce was having a get-together that evening since Jean Bardot was in town. I wasn't going to go, but I'm glad Steen made me. Jean and Sonny Black cheered me up, mostly at their expense--watching an old, particularly funny Gwen Media movie they both starred in. It was nice to not wallow in my own drama for a little bit! I love my friends!
June 12th, my plan was to go to the gym and shoot with Angel Jagger and Holly West in the evening. Well, I was still dealing with stuff from the day before and hadn't slept well...luckily something came up and the shoot got canceled. I would have been upset in other circumstances, but I was relieved since I was in no mood for shooting....I wound up at dinner at the Rainbow on Sunset with Steen, Perry Gallagher, Michael Helms, Scar 13, Anyssa & a few others. I was still kinda not myself, but it was good to get out!
Friday, June 13th was my mole removal, which I already talked about :) After surgery me and Steen headed to Sprinkles bakery in Beverly Hills where we bought 10 amazing cupcakes and I gorged on THREE that day. I deserved it, DAMMIT!!!!
Then, Steen tried to teach me how to drive her truck (I do not have a driver's license and never have!!!) It was terrifying!! It was me slamming on the gas, then Steen being all "OMG!!!! TURN THE WHEEL TURN THE WHEEL!", then me slamming on the brakes, etc. I need to get my license this summer because I feel retarded not having one, and I think it would be much better for me to be able to rent a car when I go to LA rather than rely on people driving me around. I hate having to depend on other people and my driver slaves aren't always around OR dependable. Who wants to get me a birthday present of driving school here in NYC????
After nearly killing myself and Steen, I had fancy plans of heading to the gym, but I fell into a post-surgery/sugar crash coma and slept until 9PM. When Steen tried to wake me to go to the gym, I decided that we should order a shitload of Indian Food instead. I guess I was in hibernate mode (plus, the knowledge of not shooting for 2 weeks put me into "cheat mode", HA!
Angel, Jen & Shannon tried to drag me out dancing, but I wasn't really up for it (the surgery made me really tired, which I wasn't expecting!)
I woke up yesterday feeling groggy and full, so it was off to the gym, then some shopping on Melrose and lunch with Steen before heading to the airport for the worst flight ever.
Oh well...tomorrow it's back to my trainer. Wish me luck!
I'm hoping to be here in NYC for a bit, but I'll probably head down to DC to deal with some family stuff sometime this week or next. My birthday's on the 26th and a bunch of my friends are taking me to Great Adventure that week, so I'm really looking forward to some fun and R&R since I can't model for at least 2 weeks anyway...It's good to be home with my boy and my kitties.

Yesterday I did another shoot with stylist T and photographer Steven Sims with MUA Angel Jagger. I should have some samples soon!
Today Jennifer Corona picked me up and we headed to West Coast Choppers in Long Beach to meet up with Shannon Brooke. It was fun to catch up with Shannon since it's been so long since we shot last! Shannon and Jennifer always have funny stories--we were laughing so fucking hard I couldn't stay still so it took forever to finish my makeup!!
Shannon wanted to shoot me in a bunch of cool bathing suits by Sheila Frank for a magazine and she told me she had a rad location in mind so I was all for it! We finished makeup at WCC and headed out to a place called the Sunken City. I guess it used to be a road along the Pacific that literally crumbled and sank/fell partially into the sea. It's fenced off and not accessible easily, so it was a dangerous guerrilla mission. We had to hold onto a fence and climb down a cliff (?!?) to where the fence stops and then climb back up on the other side!! SO SCARY! (I joked that she was giving me the Emma Wilcox treatment, since Emma's the only photographer who likes to put me in dangerous situations every time we shoot-LOL!
Anyway, even though I was scared shitless, we got some great shots!!! Here's a quick sample:
After we finished, we all hooked up with our friend Jeanette from PinupGirlClothing.com and had a great time catching up with drinks at Puka Bar. A great day altogether! Here's some candids of me needing some blot powder (shiny! shiny! lol!):
